Valorie Robles Consulting runs valorierobles.com. This page explains what information the site collects, how I use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give me
When you fill out my contact form or email me, I receive what you share, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message. I use it only to reply to you and to talk about working together. I don't sell it or share it with anyone for marketing.
Information collected automatically
Google Analytics. I use Google Analytics to see how people use the site: pages viewed, time on site, general location (like city), and device and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. I have turned off Google signals and ads personalization, and I don't send Google information that identifies you personally. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, or opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Squarespace. My site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies the site needs to work and collects basic visit statistics. See squarespace.com/privacy.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.
Who I share information with
Only the services that help run this site (Squarespace and Google), or anyone the law requires me to share it with.
How long I keep it
I keep messages you send for as long as I need them to respond and for normal business records.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete any information you've sent me. Email me and I'll take care of it.
California residents: I don't sell or share your personal information, as California law defines those terms. This site doesn't respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but you can use the opt-outs above.
Visitors in the EU and UK: You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. Email me to make a request.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top.
